This still works! : D Thanks!
    But here's the steps: (@Iso7)
    1. Download and put in someplace you can execute it (Downloads or My Documents is fine)
    2. double click runme.bat
    3. type the type of corruption you want to scan for
    4. Enter the ABSOLUTE PATH to the REGION folder of your world.
    5. Watch the lines zoom!

I did the lighting one and it didn't fix anything, in fact it made the whole world black!

    Why did this happen!

If this fixes my server, I'm going to marry the crap out of you.
    THANKYOU!

You'll have to direct it to the 'region' folder in your worldfolder, so for example C:\Users\Will\Desktop\temp server\donorworld\region

If this happens without a scan, check if you typed the commands correctly. For example, if you typed c instead of gc for a general corruption scan, it will just close. If you saw the lines zoom and it closed after, look in the directory where you put the .jar file. There should be a text document called 'decorrupter'. At the bottom of the document it says if it had to fix anything.

This happened to me as well! But if you come closer, the light comes back, right? This may take a while and you will have to move around through your world.. But if this fixes the problem, I won't mind! Does your server still crash?

Edit: Oh.. mine still crashes, even faster than before..

When trying to run this it just says "java is not recognized as an internet or external command, operable program or batch file.

    and then it closes...

Is there another Chunk fixer tool that is up to date that you have seen recently?

Nope, MCEdit maybe, but can't say if it has that functionality.

Even if it does work, it is probably extremely outdated since it was posted in 2012.
