Cleaned it all up on the wiki for you :) - the only problem was the Wiki's spam filter blocking links to the tutorials in the first section, I've contacted the Staff about this and I'm waiting to see what can be done.

  8. Thank you very much! I really appreciate it :D

Very nice start, but it is a bit difficult to follow because of the poor formatting of the code.

  11. I know the wiki code formatting is not ideal but I will see what I can do about it.

Also, maybe my browser isn't displaying it properly. I'll try it in another and see if it looks any better. I really appreciate the work you're putting into this though. The Wiki really needs it.
EDIT: Confirmed. Google Chrome was not displaying it very well. I reloaded it in IE9 and it was infinitely better on my eyes. Not a surprise though, since I was using 11.0.696.60 beta. It made the text way smaller, and on a high-res 15.6 inch laptop screen where everything is already small, it was horrible.

Just adjusted the font settings in it and fixed it. Amazing how such a seemingly insignificant configuration issue could cause so much trouble.

  13. :p Google chrome is still my favourite browser, it's so fast xD

I'll write up the quick-start tutorial for IntelliJ tomorrow some time and link it into the main tutorial's page on the wiki.

Well, I've uploaded the tutorial and linked it from yours, but am so far unable to upload the images. I get "The upload directory (public) is not writable by the webserver."

I'll try to put the images up on my webserver and see if I can get those to work.

  19. That getting started with intelliJ looks good :)
No problem, if you have any questions just ask, preferably on here so others will be able to see and learn aswell :D

Thanks! It took a bit longer than I was expecting to write it all up.

I stuck the images in as links to my website. Hopefully we can get the image uploading thing figured out so they can be uploaded to the wiki and actually display without having to follow a link. Do you know who to talk to about getting that taken care of?

  21. No, but I guess I could try sending some of the admins/moderators a pm?
