Suggested name: World Chat

What I want: I want a plugin to be able to Chat Per World. I know there's a plugin to do that but thats not updated to the 1.7.9 api. Also if you can make it to where they can only msg people in tht world tht would be great.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: Wc.admin(So admins can see all chats)

When I'd like it by: Anytime You Can

Seeing as chat plugins shouldn't have a need to store data on players, I'd say its fine. usually other plugins store the data and the chat plugins just modify it accordingly.

 

Ok so http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/world-chat/ tht plugin should work on my server but i doesnt

 

More detail on "it doesn't work" could help us find the problem. Another thing is some chat plugins don't like other chat plugins and could make them not work.
