Hello I Need A Free-Dev For my. Bukkit Server

We'll I Need A Plugin Made And. For. It To Be Updates Sometimes btw glock is a carrot on a stick.
What The Plugin Will Add at first:
Guns:
AK-47 (WoodenShovel) Damage It Should Do: 1.5 - 2.0 Hearts Accuracy: High m16 (Wooden Pickaxe) reload time: 2.75s Damage: 2.0 - 2.5 (x3) Hearts and it will be a 3-round burst Accuracy: Very High m1014(wooden hoe) Damage: 3.5 - 4.0 (x6) Hearts. accuracy: low. reload time: 3.5s Saw (wooden axe) sorry don't know yet
M40a3: accuracy: very high. damage: 6.0 hearts reload time: 1.5s m21: (Diamond Axe) sorry don't know yet (skip saw and m21) VIP Guns: Uzi: damage: 2.0-2.5 hearts reload time: 2s accuracy: medium
P90: 1.5-2.0 hearts accuracy: high reload time: 4s
EquipMent:
Grenade (EnderPearl) Right click to throw it and will kill player. Flashbang (Egg) we'll it flashes the player with an effect like maybe blindness or something for a couple s (seconds) C4: (Skeleton Head) When Placed In Air Or Floor Will Explode When Clicking The Trigger like detonated when player detonate. Detonated will appear when placed c4. Claymore: (Mushroom) when placed if you walk into it will explode. (Not your team or you. enemy's) Homing creeper: (stick) When Placed Will. Go. To Nearest player and explode (not destroying blocks)
Coin & Kill System:
1coin per kill & 5 exp aka xp per kill (if double weapon xp/exp 10 exp and 2 coins per kill your VIP it would be 3 coins per kill and 15exp (if double weapon exp it's 20!)and if your plat VIP (the best VIP) would be 6 coins per kill and 20 xp/exp ( if double weapon xp/exp 25 exp/xp and 7 coins per kill!)


PDA: (Personal Digital Assistant) (PDA) (Iron Ingot)
When Right clicked in hot bar will open up a menu under where it says personal digital assistant (PDA) Will. Be 9 slots Where a item can go (when you click it teleports you where place would be) also under that will be like a PDA inventory (Like your inventory) where you can put stuff in there and open menus create menus clickable buttons that does stuff like a pet store hide players/show players

Classes:
All classes have glock 18 as a Secondry! And a knife! And mags Assault Weapons: AK-47 and m16 & secondary glock 18 Equipment: Grenade flash bang & C4 Juggernaut Weapons: m1014, Saw, Secondry Glock (For all classes) Equipment: barricade grenade and creeper drone (homing creeper)
Scout: Weapons: M40A3 and m21 Equipment: Dog Claymore & Grenade
Rank/LevelUpSystem:
10 Prestiges 55 levels per prestige to view your level and xp to level up and weapon kills by typing /exp or /xp
Game-modes:
Team Deathmatch Search And Destory And Deathmatch Team Deathmatch Is First Team To 75 Kills wins! Deathmatch is free for all (first-Person-to-25-kills.) search and Destory ( I'm pretty sure you know what that is) if not: it's basically 1 life first team to win 3 rounds wins red team win by planting the bomb or killing all people blue team win by: defusing the bomb/protecting it or killing all people.
StoreSigns:
Basically signs when you right click say I wanna select juggernaut with out doing a command the sign would say:
[Class] Second Line: <class name> (default) or lvl req: 3 or what ever number for that class. Then 4th line: Cost: <howmanycoins> or VIP.
VIP: Want A VIP Button. In PDA that only VIPs can use!
GameSetup/GameSigns
Game setup where I can select like the area with world edit pvp true or false etc.
game signs right click a sign to join that game.
SpawnSystem:
They Spawn At. Hub & Basically I Want Them To Spawn With A AK-47 (Wooden Shovel)
And glock 18 or whatever there class is like it saves there kit if they logged out and rejoined. And I want it so you can make it so they spawn with a AK-47 and glock and knife PDA etc.
Knife: basically A Iron Shovel Is A. Knife ( I Want It. To Take About 3. Hits To Kill Players!

If you want a full minigame coded, you will have to do it yourself or hire a developer.

On Bukkit where you are not allowed to offer money, no one is going to fill this request because it's too large.

 

Can I find someone that will?
And plus in version 1 dosent have to be all those items at once.

a server have it like coders made it for them so I want the same any deva that ya know will do it

There dosent have to be much features in version 1.

 

Guns are not items I want it to be
Dosent support coins
Dosent support PDA
Dosent support equipment
Dosent support most of the features I want
Dosent support rank/lvl system

We'll
Texture pack does 2. Things:
Add custom sounds
And
Adds custom. Textures for guns and equipment etc
Plugin will rename items that you wanna be guns equipment etc and mske those items work a bit then the texture pack would just add textures and sounds?

No. In that plugin they suggested the guns were not the items the recorce/texturepack needed them to be
