[Urgent] Server Crashes Every Time I Try To Join

Hi Every one. I'm having a problem where every time I try to join my server is crashes. Now this is very wierd because my friends can join and the server doesn't crash, Also I'm currently using around 300mb of memory out of 1024mb. Please help me out someone. there are some solutions that I think are related to the crash.
1. disable auto update for Heads plugin
2. fix the configuration for CustomJoinItems plugin (post your pastebin link for your CustomJoinItems configuration)
3. probably solution 1 should fix this crash if not , are you using Tardis plugin? if yes disable it and try again.

I did all of the above, and [I don't have Tardis] I made auto update false for Heads and deleted my CustomJoinItems config so it would generate a new one but It didin't work D: Thanks for trying tough really appreciated it

 

Np, sorry I don't know what else could cause this. hope you can fix it!
Try and remove suspicious plugins one by one and test it
