Subgroup perms removed on rank up?

I currently run a prison server, I use gm and the RankUp plugin, when my staff rank up they have noticed there perm/subgroup perms are gone. They have there block rank as there main rank but they lose there mod rank stuff, which is there subgroup, if anyone could help it would be really appreciated.

 

So they still have said subgroup on their user?
Run a /manucheckp on a permission they should be able to but cant please.

xXMaTTHDXx I'll put it in simpler term's /manucheckp [name] [node that they should have] and see if the sub group is there I think thats what he is saying

Also go to the users.yml and check if he still has said subgroup.
