MAC Ivalid maximum heap error

I am running on Mac os 10.6.6, with a 3.06 processor, and have 4 gb of ram. my java is the 64 bit version.
I am running into this error when i open the launchserver.command:

Not this [1024], this -->> 1024. just remove the []

now im getting an end of stream error when i try and connect

Make sure you downloaded a 1.5 compatible version of craftbukkit at ci.bukkit.org -> at dev-Craftbukkit. Download build 723 and replace your old one with it.

 

build 723? whats that? yes i am a noob lol and i have to most recent craft bukkit

 

In your server folder, there is craftbukit(...).jar download the one i told you and replace yours with it.

 

nah, forget it. im just going to run a normal server. this is too compliated, beides. my old one is now screwed up too

 

Its not complicated if you follow all inszruction in faq in this forum

 

i have the same issue

i have tried running it with out my plugs did not work got the same thing

This link will give you the latest version of CB (1.5 compatible). Once a new Recommended Build comes out, I'd suggest using that.
