console and shell

no idea if it is just me, but when the server is stopped, there is no new line after it quits. for me, it causes the shell to not display properly, meaning i cannot see the commands that i type afterwards, just the results of them, and the shell formatting gets messed up.

 

I never noticed that... try disabling jline "-Djline.terminal=jline.UnsupportedTerminal" (or google this if i wrote it badly.

 

hmm, seems to work now.
strange, i use bash, so i have no idea what is up.

 

I have the same problem, just hit enter before you start typing.

 

i assume you mean after quitting?
it does not work for me. even ctrl-c does not work. it does not show what i am typing after i stop the bukkit server.
only disabling jline works.
