   I am getting a problem when i start bukkit:
   

   Code:

   [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
   [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
   [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
   

   All instances of Java and Javaw are gone and i restarted my PC 6 times.

   What port are you using? It might be in use by an application other than Java

   Ok i started it with port 25566 and it was fine,
   but netstat said there is nothing on 25565?

   Try checking if the port is open while its running and see if its any different
