Bukkit error: People can't reach my server Please help

Hi i made my server and people could join and couldn't join and now they can't join at all. I have port forwarded and gave them my ip. Yet they still can't join i have tried everything and it still dosn't work. They where able to join when i had a normal minecraft server and now i have a bukkit they can't join
they can't please help

Make sure in the server-ip=, it is blank. Also, you gave them the external correct? I need some more information. Would you not mind posting your config file and your startup for me?

Hi thanks for the reply my ip is blank and i give them the right external. I don't have a config file (do you mean server.properties) and whats the startup. I have portfoward and people have joined before i have plugins and have changed some settings in server.properties.

Yeah sorry. The server.properties. Also.. The startup is what you run from your Console. What do you see when it startsup? Errors?

Take a picture of what it looks like when the Console starts up your server.

 

doesn't matter my local ip had changed so i had to edit my port forwarding and my firewall was blocking people from connecting. Your help was much appreciated thanks

No problem.

 

Your ipv4 that you forward to will change everytime your restart you need to make it static so you don't have to re-portforward
