This Plugin works just fine if you are eating the enchanted golden apples then your then one at fault
the RegenTime works 20 ticks = 1 sec so if i was to put RegenTime: 1000 that = 50sec
and it works just fine on 1.5.2

i know its not mine but i thought that i can get the same plugin and i am sorry if i was annoying but i was looking for the same plugin and i was happy to get the plugin from timtower he didn't say to me no so plz don't tell me anything expect if u were in my place

 

if You can do it in the same plugin change it ok idon't need config just i need it 15 sec if you cant
