Golden Apple Cooldown

Suggested name: Gold

What I want: A plugin that adds a cooldown to the consumption of super golden apples. When players can spam them, they're rendered immortal. 1.5.1-R0.2 preferred. Thanks to anyone who takes time out of their day to do this!

Ideas for commands: Perhaps /gac - To show the remaining cooldown time

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: Sunday would be amazing, but honestly any time works (I've got no clue how long something like this takes).

Not seeing how bumping every 12 hours for 3 days is impatient. All I did was bump, I didn't say hurry up or anything like that.

I added a config so that you can change the amount of seconds that the cooldown lasts and so that you can change the message sent to the player. There are no commands or permissions.
