PermissionsEx Prefix/Suffix Help

I Have A Bukkit Server For 1.5 And I Need Some Help With My Prefix/Suffixs.I Have PermissionsEx Plugin And I've Set Up all my Groups And Permissions But When I Do /pex user [Username] prefix set "&6" It Says Prefix Set= "" And They Change My Prefix To A Red Prefix Every Time. What Am I Doing Wrong? Any Help Would Be Great Thanks

 

Just remove the "set" in the command.
/pex user alacaze prefix &6
//edit removed the set again...

 

You just told him to remove set yet you put it in!
Use
/pex user alacaze prefix "&6"

 

Ya That Is Working For My Suffix But When I Do /pex user alacaze prefix &6 It Still Says Prefix= &6 But It's Still Red? Any Help Again Would Be Great Thanks

Probably because you are OP. You can set OP colors in essentials config.yml
