Jail

This plugins adds Jail to your minecraft server. Admins can define several jails and then jail/unjail people or jail them on time basis. Plugin also offers wide variety of protections, so players won't escape out of your jail.

I have a quick question.. Is there anyway to make the jail bigger than a 1x(a number) big? Like is there a way to make it 4x4 blocks or so? Because no matter what I do, I can only make the jail longer, not wider.

 

I have a wierd thing going on my server. All plugins are listed below, but i am using CB 556 and the latest version of this plugin. When players type /jailstatus it does nothing at all. I have the permissions for all users to use jail.usercmd.jailstatus but it still does nothing. However the admin can use it and it tells them correct time...

I have tested with other commands and it blocks correctly other commands in permissions and allows correctly the other commands... this appears to be just this command/plugin....

 

Since its a cuboid you need to dig into the walls to get the corners properly
i will make short clip later if i remember (doubt i will)

this plugin need a update because some commands and permissions wont work like /jailstatus or when u add modify permission u cant still do nothin in jail not adding or breaking blocks

What version of CraftBukkit are you using? The most recent version this somewhat works on is 556.

Not all my plugins are compatible with newest version yet
Cant the developers wait till a new recommended build is out.

 

Bukkit developers said that recommended build will be out very soon (possibly even today), so i fixed it for new version.

Anyways this jail plugin, great work I honestly love it !! Works perfect and is a great thing for my server whenever i catch people using fly hacks

 

Some ideas

1. on sign outside of the Jail stand the Name of Prisoner and Time
2. one cell is only used by one Player
3. open close jail with command?

Can I ask for protection from jailing? As the server owner, I don't like it when my mods jail me. Even if they are joking. So... maybe a protection node???

It does work on 597, but every other plugin I have doesn't, so if i try to record EVERYTHING on my server will burn down with world guard not working with 597 sorry dude, unless someone can provide the version compatible with 556.

Hello,
When I try to create a jail (with a wooden sword in my hand) i'm instructed to right click on the starting area, which I try to do but it doesn't register.

Using bukkit 556 I believe with mysql

Looking in the start up log it shows
Jail Loaded 0 jail zones.
Jail Loaded 0 prisoners.
SEVERE PLAYER_INTERACT loading Jail v0.5.6 (is it up to date?)

@angus22397 597 is the newest build and i think that most of the plugins will be updated soon. Until then you can safely use 0.5.5, since there are no any dramatic changes. Except if you have DB issues, then this might help.

Version 0.5.6 of this plugin does fail on most recent recommended build 602.

Also it works on 556 but posts this error on startup
