Solved Player can connect to my server only one time

Hello together,

I got the following problem:

If a disconnects and tries to rejoin, most of the time he can't reach my server.
That he can rejoin, I have to restart (stop & start) the server.

There's no difference if they join over my IP or a no-ip A-Record.

I self haven't this problem (I can join via localhost, my IP and the no-ip A Record as often as I would like.

We can skype while he can't connect to my server.

I'm using the lastest dev build (craftbukkit-1.5.1-R0.1-20130325.062812-18), there are also no errors.

That build is not supported sorry

 

I have this problem also on other 1.5 dev builds.
