Solved Faction tags help!

So I have installed the factions plugin, and all is good, except the faction tags. For example I am the leader of a faction called Legion, and the faction tag shows "a**Legion r<Jdlikefood>" and the colors, for your own faction, allies, and enemies, aren't showing up either. Anybody know how to get this fixed?

 

because you're using essentials chat and what you need to do is go into essentials > config.yml and under the Essentials Chat section of the config under chat-format just simply add [FACTION] beofre <Displayname> etc.

example:
format: '[FACTION] <{DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}'

If you're using another chat formatting plugin like one including with pex, or any other one, you'll have to look on massivecraft's website (creator of factions) for details on how to add the factions properly to the plugin.

 

type this, /f config chatTagInsertIndex 0 and it will be fixed instantly
