My server is crashing

Hello bukkit community, my server bukkit is crashing at the moment 3 special players enter on the server.

TIL: Putting server in online mode fixes crashes from item frames. Who knew

 

Until somebody loads the corrupted chunk back in.

 

I have at this moment in online-mode true, I entered the site which gives the error, but I do not give any
