First of all, of with the starters. The spawn protection is at 0, and i don't have essentials anti build. These are all the plugins I have:

AntiCheat, Autosaveworld, Battlekits, Chat Manager, Core Protect, Enjin Minecraft Plugin, Essentials, Factions, GroupManager, mcmmo, Modify World, Multiverse Core, mwparkour 2, NocheatPlus, noswear, paintball, plugin metrics, pvparena, serversigns, signshops, super spleef, survival games, votifer, world guard, world edit.

I am not sure if the players need a command, but I they can't break blocks, build, (I even gave the build), and mobs don't even attack them.

    I need some serious help.

If you can help me, you get free moderator status.

Also I just redownloaded permission ex .
