HI, on my server when people speak it goes like this - "[worldname][group][username][message]" How do I remove the [worldname]? I use multiverse core and groupmanager Multiverse Config: http://pastebin.com/CB1P13wq PrefixChat is now on FALSE, but does not work
Are you using any other type of Multiverse? I know there are a few multiverse plugins. Also check your config on group manager. Although, Multiverse should be the only thing doing this. Could you please list all your plugins?
Multiverse controls this. Check out your config.yml in the plugins/multiverse-core folder. There is a line that states this: prefixchat: 'true'. Change the 'true' to 'false' and that should get rid of the world name. Hope this helps.
Essentials, groupmanager, multiverse-core, worldedit, survivalgames, worldguard Essentials Config: http://pastebin.com/16dWWEUk Groupmanager Config: http://pastebin.com/Y8neqdZ9
Yes, this should have worked for you, Sweatyzana . I had the exact same problem you had, and this helped me fix it. Other than that, I'm not really sure what the problem is that is causing the world to be placed in front of the prefix.
Setting it to False did nothing What else can i do FOR SOME REASON WHEN I PUT IT TO "FALSE" IT GOES BACK TO "TRUE" WHEN I RELOAD IT
Did you shut the server down first then change the config.yml? Then start the server again? Settings will revert IF the server is still running.
