[Now with OnlineMode true, check your nodus LaxWasHere...to prove you that I have original minecraft client, and the wrong config (offlinemode that you laught) was for testing purposes and I forgot to restart the server, sorry for the inconvenience.]

Hi people. I'm having a very interesting problem...I have a Multiminecraft server, and runing at Bukkit 1.4.5 R0.2 #2514 (old bukkit api), This is my Plugin List, view attached image.

Can some of those plugins be failing or something? Every 2 hours the memory of my server reach 100mb ... Critically Low. I've a hosted server at MultiMinecraft with 3072mb, for 50 players, and it doesnt reach the full capacity, almost 30 players online playing and the server is going down every time because of low memory. Even if there're 5 players on it. I scheduled every 2hs a restart...

This started one day to other...just dont know wich plugin is failing...please can you help me?

    Thank you very much.

Whatever your online mode is, the troubleshooting is essentially the same... You could use NoLagg's examine feature to see what plugins seem to be bloated, but it's often just a game of removing plugins until the lag goes away.

Could you explain the presence of AuthMe & OpVerify if you are operating in online mode?

I'm not saying you aren't, just curious as to why.

How do we know you haven't just changed the config to make it look like your in online mode?

Is Bukkit now in the habit of requiring proof of online mode for forum participants to receive help? ; )

    It's actually hilarious.
The last thread he/she created was a 'RAM and CPU issue' thread, I asked for server.properties, one was given with online-mode=false.
Then I replied, not helping cuz of that.
Got replied back: Oops, wrong file! :p

Offline mode never has been supported. I was simply curious as to the purpose of such plugins. They don't prove or disprove whether OP is using online/offline mode.

The plugin lists are the same:

    I'm investigating...

My god...Can you just help me with this issue? Im having AuthMe because some of the benefits of it, and OpVerify to make more secure our OP Members. If you want to check if it is in online mode, join the server.

It's in online mode now. I somehow doubt that will persist though.
"Im having AuthMe because some of the benefits of it" Great explanation

Regardless, I'll give you some advice anyway:
    • Update to the latest CraftBukkit build
    • If the issue persists, remove every single plugin
    • If the issue still persists, contact your host

    What's your point ?

lastest bukkit builds are with new BukkitAPI and a lot of plugins doesnt work anymore...

lord0o Bottom line: Update plugins where possible, remove plugins where possible, and wait. There are few (if any) good automated ways of testing this.

As stated you could try removing all (or all non-vital) plugins, updating the vital ones where possible, then adding one or a few every day or so, and see where the lag comes back.

There are no good automated ways to systematically test for bad plugins I'm aware of.

Then make a new forum account and keep the online-mode thing in mind so people wont harass you when you ask for help. (sarcasm, sort of.)
