Help with permissions

I need a list of default permissions which everyone should have with the plugin "Essentials". Please don't troll me.
Also, I don't have any perms on me, and if I deop myself I can't do anything. Even if I hold something in my inventory, it disappears.

EDIT: For my group, owner, is there a permission that gives you ALL the permissions?

For all permissions do under your owner group

Well.. I wanted a list of permissions from other people... but this looks like it could be a long night -____-

 

How about instead of trying to leach off people write it yourself and learn permissions its very easy
