What is Buycraft, and why does my Minecraft server need it?​

I am having many issues with buycraft. every time it checks for Payments the server has a massive lag spike and disconencts heaps of people.

This could have something to do with me having ~3000 Donations in buycraft.

Please delete all my current payments that are logged into buycraft.

I am also getting the message

buycraft incorrectly setup, please read the readme.txt.

This is after a clean installation of buycraft installing the plugin for the first time. In the console it says that it fails to crate the readme.txt and give a long error.

Alright i have just deleted the bucycraft folder, started the server, it generated a new folder fine, i set the secret API.

I then restarted the server and whilst it was restating i got this error:

I am now starting to think that something is preventing / blocking buycraft from being accessed ....

Ok i can confirm 100% that something is blocking Buycraft. If i use Buycraft on my Non DDOS protected IP It works fine. What do i have to do to make sure everything can connect to buycraft fine (Nothing is blocking the connection)

It might be an issue with the ddos protection, we use JavaPipe, do you?

Please help! I know how to use buycraft, but my users want a package for certain things like creative and stuff. How do I give them the permission?

 

MySql isnt coming because it just wouldnt fit in with how our system works.

 

Please answer my first question on how to make permission packages, but also:

If using multiworld, I want them to buy a package, get the rank and get it in ALL worlds. Would I have to do each world name for the command or will [world] get them all? For example:

pex group [group] user add [world] ; will that give them it in all worlds? Or do I have to: pex group [group] user add

 

Perhaps add some way that if someone bought lets say a 5 dollars "Package", then a month later they go to buy a 10 dollar package, that it is only 5 dollars for them, and let us decide how it should work, like if we want it enabled/disabled for ourselves, and if enabled, what "stacks" onto what.

 

Hey, first of all i love your plugin and it works great . but i have a an ide, instet of using http// to send the link to the Package you want to buy in minecraft, use www. so it woil be clickable? instet of need to typing it? ;-) ANd sry for bad grammer, i am from Denmark ;-)

 

The links from Minecraft are already clickable, and shouldnt require www.

Ex: I give custom names on my server so can i have them type it and buycraft do it for me?

Disputes have been happening a lot lately with children donating and lying even though my terms are very strong, is there any way you can add a phone call verification or something, I think this would help greatly.

If i entered manuadd {name} vip in the command would this work for group manager because its simple yo use and PEX is very hard :/

You would use the /gamemode creative {name} command. Sorry, your post slipped my mind.

 

If you really want to make an offline-mode server, at least please don't ask for help on the Bukkit forums.

 

What happens when your paid for account expires?

I am not able to get anyone through the contact forum anywhere so I thought I'd try here. I need to set owners of worldguarded regions through buycraft. Any solutions? I am a premium member.

 

For instance I sell 50$ give {player} 50
But know I put it like this : give {player} 50x
the x should be replaced with the amount of times they bought the package
So the first time they will receive 50$
the second time so x = 2
they receive 100$
third time 150$
and so on.

Would only be possible in game as worldguard regions are defined per world and can only be accesses when you are in the same world, you should request at worldguard /region addowner {region} {world}
the {world} hasnt been implented yet if im right.

I tried that on myself, everything worked fine- except the command it was suppost to do but didn't actually run.

 

Can you look in your payments overview, click "More info" and check if the commands are listed?
