    I'm getting the same problem. I'm using 1 plugin, and it's a plugin I made. Here's the code that makes the error occurs:

    Code:
    @EventHandler
        protected void explosion(final ProjectileHitEvent event) {
            if (event.getEntity() instanceof Egg) {
                ItemStack grenade = new ItemStack(Material.FIREBALL);
                Location itemLocation = event.getEntity().getLocation();
                final Item grenadeDrop = halo.getServer().getWorld("world").dropItem(itemLocation, grenade);
                grenadeDrop.setVelocity(new Vector(0, 0, 0));
                grenadeDrop.setPickupDelay(5*20);

                halo.getServer().getScheduler().scheduleAsyncDelayedTask(halo, new Runnable() {

                    @Override
                    public void run() {
                        Location eLoc = grenadeDrop.getLocation();
                        grenadeDrop.remove();
                        Location pLoc = null;
                        halo.getServer().getWorld("world").createExplosion(eLoc, 1.9f, false);

                        for (Player player : halo.getServer().getOnlinePlayers()) {
                            pLoc = player.getLocation();
                            PlayerInfo p = halo.getPlayerData(player);
                            double distance = Math.sqrt((pLoc.getX() - eLoc.getX())*(pLoc.getX() - eLoc.getX()) + (pLoc.getY() - eLoc.getY())*(pLoc.getY() - eLoc.getY()) + (pLoc.getZ() - eLoc.getZ())*(pLoc.getZ() - eLoc.getZ()));
                            if (distance < 6 && p.inArena()) {
                                float damage = -.25f*(float)distance + 1.5f;
                                if (p.getHealth() - damage <= 0.0f) {
                                    p.diedFromPlayer(halo.getServer().getPlayer(halo.getGrenadeThrower(event.getEntity().getUniqueId())));
                                    halo.getPlayerData(halo.getServer().getPlayer(halo.getGrenadeThrower(event.getEntity().getUniqueId()))).killedPlayer(player);
                                } else {
                                    p.setHealth(p.getHealth()-damage);
                                    p.hit();
                                }
                            }
                        }

                    }
                }, 20*3);

            }
        }
    This is the error message that occurs whenever someone throws eggs really fast:

    The only line in the error report that refers to my code is
    Code:
    at com.blake305.mc.halo.listeners.Grenade$1.run(Grenade.java:83).
    Line 83 of Grenade.java:

    Code:
    halo.getServer().getWorld("world").createExplosion(eLoc, 1.9f, false);

    Does anyone know why createExplosion() is causing this error whenever it is used rapidly?

    I've got the same error as well except I can go on my server for about 20seconds then it just lags me out and says "Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read times out" Then I tried renaming my plugins folder to "plugins_old" and start the server and the same error occurs. I don't understand where this error is coming from.

    This is what is says in the crash report log file:

    What bukkit build are you on? There used to be an issue where breeding a sheep crashed the server in one of the dev builds (it was patched a while ago) and that is what the crash you just posted seems to be...Although the inventory part I don't know about.

    did you find a fix, or what plugin was causing it? My server is still crashing and i would appreciate if you explained if/how you fixed it.

    This is a big thread.

    Try this:

    1.) Test server without any plugins (report if error).
    2.) Add all the plugins you have not made (report if error).
    - If error, update all your plugins
    3.) Add all the plugins you have made
    - If error look through plugin(s) that return something null (or
    4.) Use latest Bukkit Beta build (if you are already using it, go for the development build)
    5.) Restart your computer and revert to what you had before (if possible).

    I tried this, it did not happen with no plugins, but I simply cant add them 1 by 1 and wait a day to see if the error happens because I never know when it will happen. It would take me a month to add each plugin, wait a day and if no error add another..

    This is my crash report if it helps

    Same thing happening I believe

    I've tried both Beta and Dev builds of CraftBukkit. This never happened before, I haven't added any new plugins except for PvPToggle, which shouldn't be interfering, plus I think it was happening before I added it anyway.

    I got this issue today after running on 1.4.5 bukkit with many plugins since its release without issue. This occurred for me after pasting a redstone contraption on to a 'flat' creative world, using worldedit. it seems like it tried to paste some pistons and they would have been below the bedrock level, it cut away the bedrock where i pasted it too. I got the "Exception ticking world" error in the crash-report followed by endless "end of stream" errors when trying to rejoin the server. One post said do the 'stoplag' cmd - so i did this which halted redstone and everything, restarted the server all is well and i can rejoin now. then i just cleaned the hole on the bedrock and all is well for me...for now...i just hope the stoplag didn't break any of my other redstone machines....

    Note: Im just adding this experience i had into the mix here... no responses expected.

    When i restart my server, it comes online but as soon as I come online it lets me move around for a few seconds then if I type a command it'll just give me an error and disconnect me like 10 seconds later. I've tried running my server without plugins and the error still happens. I'm using "craftbukkit-1.4.5-R0.2". I think it's a CB error?

    The strange thing is that mine just fires randomly, everything will be going fine, then the error will print for no apparent reason, nothing changed on the server, no ones doing anything differently then normal..I will try the stoplag and see if it fixes it next time it happens. But it seems like this IS a bukkit problem from the mixed plugins that people seem to be using when this error occurs.

    I'm not saying to put the plugins in 1 by 1. I'm saying to put them in in parts.
    If you type /pl in the console, it will list your plugins. Select all your plugins, copy, then paste it here.
    Then, type /version. Copy that version of craftbukkit and paste it here.

    I got it fixed! Just create a new world and rename the one which is damaged. Then start the server and go on the world. Stop the server, delete the new world and use your old one (the one which is damaged) and then it should work.

    It worked for me anyway :)

    mhm, so.. Minecraft MapAutoTrim should fix it ;d but creating new world this is bad move :|, this error probably back after 1-2 weeks...

    Bukkit should find issue.

    Everybody are getting this error! Same to me! A people said me that this error is caused by a corrupted world, but I reset all world and I not fix it... I try to remove a lot of plugin and I not fix it. I really don't know more what I can do... I try everything and nothing. I think this error are a Bukkit Problem. Let's wait for a fix, and please: If someone find a really fix share with all!
