  1. Well, i think you didn't read the request correctly, He wants it so, When players are near and you teleport you will have to wait 2 - 3 seconds, but when there is no one near it's instant.

Actually if you've got something like essentials you can set an option in config that is how many seconds a person has to wait before their teleport will occur.
I know it isn't EXACTLY what you want, but I think it should be close enough.

  5. Not sure you read the request yet.

No, it's not what I want.. Did you read it..? It said I don't understand essential's multiple homes. + a /home, just doesn't feel right. and I'm not a master at whatever they are talking about up there ^

I don't really see why just because you don't understand a plugin, it means a developer has to go out of his way to make a plugin for you. You can use it in conjunction with a plugin like commandhelper to create a go alias for home.

I believe essentials sethome allows more than one home via perms.

But I want it so when a player is in a 20 block radius, you have to wait 2-4 seconds, and if theres not, instant tp.

    stop suggesting essentials to OP..
as much as essentials has, it doesnt have the abillity to set a delay based on radius..
essentials home is not what he wants.

Also, Someone else may want this, who doesn't want to use Essentials, maybe they prefer CommandBook, or Any other essential command plugin.

commandbook is terrible compared to essentials so if you want to choose one or the other use essentials. The only reason why people use commandbook is because it ties in with sk98q's other plugins, such as: WorldGuard and WorldEdit

Thats your opinion, I'm saying some other people may use CommandBook, CommandsEX, etc.

It is fact that essentials is undisputed the best essential command plugin. Give me an example of an essential command plugin that is better than Essentials.

It's your opinion, Many others use other essential command plugins. :/
