   I am in need of a plugin ( or 2 )
   
   Plugin information:
   
   What will it be called: Anything
   
   What will it do: Simply a permission / config system to disable the user of a certain item, like using an invisabilty potion that will be in 1.4.
   
   Permission ideas pluginname.disable.ID
   
   
   When do we need it by: 1.4

   I dont want to use MW, because when usiong a plugin like CombatTag it does not detect the hits of the players (NPC option = ture)
