[FUN/MECH] Mortar v1.7.2 - Mortars in Minecraft [1.7.5]

    I want to know if there's a way to only let certain people to use this while others can't...please help! :D

    That's what Permission-Nodes are about...
    If you do not want to use them you can give use Minecrafts OP-status to give players the right to use Mortar (OPs have all rights).

    Update to Version 1.5
    • Added the option "UseWorldGuard" to the config. If set to "true", mortars which are shot into a WorldGuard-region which is protected won't explode if the player who shot it is not allowed to build in that region.

    IMPORTANT: When updating, please delete the old "Mortar"-folder in your plugins-folder, otherwise the new option won't be added to the config and you cannot use the new features.

    Update to Version 1.5.1
    • Added the option "SendWarning" to the config. If set to "true", players will automatically send a warning to the chat when shooting a mortar like they did by now. If set to "false" this auto-message is deactived

    there is a bug, sometimes the eggs explode when i or other players have it in my inventory ... i am in 1.1-R1

    saintnorbert: Lol, are you sure? I would rather say there is a creeper/exploding tnt-block/player using mortar killing you.
    It is simply impossible that an egg-explosion in the inventory is caused by Mortar. ;)

    If you encounter this problem again and can be sure that there can not be any cause except Mortar, please check your Serverlog for errors and post a list with all the plugins installed on your server. ;)

    Do you use v1.6 of Mortar? All older versions won't work with 1.1-R4!

    Updated thread-title and uploaded a new file to BukkitDev, but the version 1.6 already works with 1.2.5-R1.0 ;)

    I don't really know what the question has to do with my plugin, but you will find loads of Gamemode-Managers when searching for one...

    You shoot mortars (eggs) using an item you can set in the config.
    When the eggs hit something, they explode (similar to tnt, yes :) ).

    I hope to be able to add this feature in the next version. ;)

    Phiwa Very well then ^^. I love your work ;). Maybe you can hook into worldguard and add a flag for mortar! (like "mortar" allow or deny :D)

    Which version of WorldGuard do you use?
    Does it only happen when shooting into regions which are protected by WorldGuard or in every part of the world?

    It happens in every part of the world, the mortar do not explode, the error is fired when the mortar hit the ground.
