   This plugin is currently in progress and it will block known socks proxies to prevent griefers bypassing an ip ban.
   
   It doesn't use SQLite or MySQL the file is gonna be a database on it's data folder (plugins/F**kYouProxy)
   
   So there will be database updates every day or week.
   
   Progress: 30%
   
   ToDo:
   
   Database I/O handling (file handling)
   Disconnect if ip match proxy
