So I setup my bukkit server, followed the tutorials etc. Porwarded my ports and Im pretty sure they are open because I used PFPortChecker to check. and it said both UDP and TCP Ports are Open.
(If you need a screenshot of the results please comment down there)
My craftbukkit build is currently craftbukkit-1.2.5-R4.0.jar (Latest One)
    My Modem: NETGEAR DGN2200
But the problem is my friends cannot join with my IP, I'am the only one who can
    I've tried leaving 'server-properties/server-ip' blank
but nothing seems to work, so if you have got the solution to my problem it'll be much appreciated, thank you.
If you need a list of my Plugins, be sure to tell me.

Do you have any other security that may also be messing with it? For example, Norton has a feature that causes every port to say "Timed out" called Stealth Blocked Ports AND ports must be opened in it as well as forwarded on the router. Any unique setup with the router itself? How is it connected to the modem, settings? Sometimes I need the server to be on for any port checking site to work.

You should port-forward, its easy and simple. + Its not hard changing your ip address on your Default Gateway. Heres a highly recommended program: Simple Portforwarding. To check your ip: www.ipchicken.com. To see if you have portforwarded correctly: canyouseeme.org or PFPortChecker. If they dont work, try turning your firewall off.

I would port-forward but im only 14 and my parents are divorced so i go back and forth between the two houses and i dont want the ip to be changing constantly so my friends wouldn't have to update the ip every time i switch houses. That is why i chose hamachi. Please help @vlmpacTz__

How else would you recommend me setting up the server.

To avoid using Hamachi you can grab a free domain name. Usually something like No-IP is fine, I'm fairly certain they give you a dynamic updater with the free version that will update your IP every 5 minutes to the current computer it's on. I use their pro version, works well.

Does it keep your ip the same if you go to a different house or connect to a different router?

What it does is give you a domain name. So it'd generally look like [SomeDomainNameHere].no-ip.com, now as long as you run that automatic updater that I linked as well, it will constantly update [SomeDomainNameHere].no-ip.com to point to your current IP address.

Which means all your friends need to enter is [SomeDomainNameHere].no-ip.com and provided you're running the tool they will always get connected to the right computer.
