Today my friends and I were playing around with splash potions, we were throwing them at each other when I suddenly had an Idea of a plugin that makes fireworks out of their splash effect, since there are very much colour effects. Maybe like a admin block that shoots several rockets in several directions up in the air.

I could look into adding this into my plugin i guess. Could you be a bit more specific about what you want it to do? Also, would have been easier if you searched first then asked. Instead of asking in here then posting the link to me ^^.
I try to describe it as good as I can: You build a block with a sign on it and write [FireWork] on it or something. In the config you set which and how many of each potion you want to shoot out of it. When it is powered with redstone a tnt flys up in the air and shoots the potions in every direction and they explode in the air.
