I code griefing clients.... it works, look around HackForums Minecraft Griefing section if you would like to see the code.. The only thing Obfsblahblah does is render the ore texture underground but obviously not the actual blocks

Yes it can i was doing some testing for my server and i was looking for mods that can bypass it i found an X-ray that brings X-ray, full bright, fly, and redstone finder if you use the redstone finder it bypasses it and shows where chest and rare blocks are like diamond blocks chest iron blocks ect and anything related with redstone(Not ores but if I'm not mistaken they can be added in the config)

Orebusfuscator physically changes the blocks sent to the client. Therefore there is no X-Ray modification that can bypass it.

    That is really funny. :D

The server is using orebfuscator, and 99% of those "ores" you're talking about are fake; That's what everyone was talking about. Orebfuscator changes the blocks before they're sent to the client, meaning that nothing... Including Zombe's X-ray... Can bypass it.

And yes, Superkabii is right. If the ores didn't show when people were mining, how in the world would they ever get any materials? Orebfuscator doesn't erase the ore. It hides them as long as they're not exposed.

So actually, you just proved the point that orebfuscator works against Zombe.

what i was trying to prove was that it still showed me the coal.

    Gravity

That's because the coal is on the surface where you can see it, bro.. Any player standing there would be able to see that, it has nothing to do with zombe..

Alright. Lets cool this baby down. OreOrebfuscator, is great. Uses a ton of resources on my end but it works. However back to the nodus bit. Sure the clever blocking, locking, and add commands that include "-" was awesome. We just need to decode the classes and look for there irc login. then force our servers to login into it and check for players. It won't last long but it will be irratating as hell for them. Or hell even have it download the updates for nodus as well and just hook into them and find the irc login info. URLClassLoader FTW.

if anyone does this, please have it collect the ips of anyone it catches. i'd even suggest having it collect them in a central database so that everyone who wants to can ban those ips automatically.

I don't think we need any more "evidence", I don't think looking at the source for one of the most popular mods out there will do you or us any good. You're swimming against the tide here, bud, if Orebfuscator was so easily bypassed we would know about it, but if you actually looked at the source of the system you are trying to prove is flawed, you might be able to see that nothing can get around it.
