Permissions Help

I have a CraftBukkit Minecraft dedicated server almost ready to go public, but I have no experience with making permissions at all. I was hoping that somebody could help me set this up. I am offering automatic build rights to whoever helps me. The plugin I am using is PermissionsBukkit.

I would recommend getting GroupManager because it is extremely simple to use and that there are in-game cmd's. If you need help setting it up post your config's and maybe I can tamper with it a little to get it into working condition,

Maybe you could use PermissionsEx and use my program to set it up

GroupManager is working for me right now, but I'll try the Pex plugin setup program. Thanks for all the help!
