Solved Anti-Creeper Plugin Help!

So I have this plugin called "Anti-Creeper" or maybe it's just "AntiCreeper" where you can enable or disable the permissions for it. So I got the plugin and everything works fine but for TNT, I was it to actually hurt players AND destroy the world. But when I set it to true it does not work. Can somebody please help me with this? Set enable tnt control : true
destroy world : false
damage: false
Try using : SafeCreeper its much beter plugin to do the job in my opinion

i have these settings
TNTControl:
Enabled: true
DestroyWorld: false
EnableExplosionSound: true
EnableExplosionSmoke: true
CanPlaceTNT: true
DamagePlayers: true
DamageMobs: true
# Only enable these settings if you are between two levels (you must enable 'EnableBetweenLevels' to use it).
EnableBetweenLevels:
Enabled: false
MinLevel: 0
MaxLevel: 256

set DamagePlayers to false and damage mobs
