Throughout the day I often notice these errors: "[WARNING] Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" Sometimes they will completely spam the console, other times they may just pop up a couple times, and other times everything is fine and I see no errors. I haven't noticed any correlation because the errors and the number of players or even increased lag or anything. They just seem to be there.

For example right now we just had 8 of these errors in a timespan of 10 seconds. CPU usage is only at 15% and RAM usage is at 20%, so I'm not sure why it's saying the server is "overloaded."

ussaly this causes no errors just leave/ignore it

This may not be tha case, but i think it is...

Why is it happening though? Not only does it make me worry that something on the server is broken, but it also makes it impossible to read the logs. To give you an idea of how ridiculous it is, this is within a period of 6 seconds:

Your computer's processor can't cope with the entity clipping change in CB #2136 or you've not allocated enough RAM via your start script.

Post your start script + system specs please.

"RAM usage is at 20%" - Sounds like a RAM problem then, most probably your start script.

    What's a start script?

The file you use to run your server (e.g. start.bat/run.bat/start.command/start.sh, etc.)

    The specs are:

    E3-1230 Quad Core 3.2GHz
    16GB DDR3
    120GB SSD
    1Gbps line
    CentOS 5.8 64bit
    McMyAdmin2

    It's a dedicated server purchased through MinecraftLayer.com

    And the start script?
Usually contains a line like "java -Xmx16G -Xms16G -Xincgc -jar craftbukkir.jar nogui"
(This is probably going to be somewhere in mcmyadmin's config)

I looked through the entire mcmyadmin.conf file and there's nothing that even remotely resembles that.

What kind of console are you using? The Minecraft vanilla one? You said that you don't start the server with a .bat file?

McMyAdmin. I don't start the server with anything, I just go to the website and click the Start button.
