[WIP/DEV]EnChat - Versatile and Customisable chat.

A few weeks ago, before my exams I started to work on this plugin.
It basically connects your server with a chat service called JereChat.
This allows you to connect your chat to your website or other servers etc, or just simply chat with players while outgame, while giving you a HUGE amount of cusomisability with a small learning curve.

I am still waiting for the BukkitDev page to be approved, but here is some info:
