[WIP] AutomatedTasks - Creating tasks (commands or messages) scheduled at specific time

    Hey guys,
    I am very proud to show you my work today. It's not finished, but i thought it could not be bad if i'll share the progress here.
    This week I started to work on a plugin for creating specific tasks, which can run commands or broadcast messages (more will come soon!). The tasks can be scheduled at a specific time, only once or every minute, hour, day, month...
    I searched someday through BukkitDev but didn't find any plugin like this so I think this is a new idea!

    Now almost finished and ready for public! There are only a few bugs to fix...
