   This thread asks the same question, I would like to know the same thing.
   
   Can this be accomplished, as I'm trying to remind the player to vote if they haven't in 24 hours.

   Keep a map or generally assign a player (prefer uuid) with the time he last voted, run a repeating task that checks every so long (it doesnt have to be like i tick...) if the players last vote compared to curent time is more than 24 hours. then do whatever action you want
