   How would I go about setting up an SQL ban management system or an SQL ticket system for staff/users on my server? I want to try to try to get the ticketing and ban management system accessible from a website of some sort if possible. Any tips or advice? I'm assuming SQL would be appropriate for this kind of an operation - I want to have information stored in perhaps a mini database so information can be edited via a website/online portal of some sort.

   You can use a ban management plugin such as this one, which supports MySQL and comes with a web interface. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ban-management/
