Server Status Signs?

    So i would like someone to make a plugin where you place a sign and then can do command to show the following:
    A) How many players are in that WORLD and then the max limit of players in that world(And not accept any more players when the world limit is full)
    B) The GameType
    C) The GameType Map
    D) In Game Or Not?
    E) And if they have a certain perm eg whatever.plugin.swag then they can kick non-donators out of the game. (And if its a full game of donators then say Sorry there are no current spaces on [CTF-01/Whatever gametype it is]
    So the sign would look like this:
    [Lobby]
    CTF-01
    Winterland
