Server shuts down when an item frame is shot! Help!

Hello, whenever someone on my server shoots an item frame with a bow and arrow, my server shuts down and continues to in loops, The only error message is:
28.08 19:48:15 [Multicraft] Server stopped
28.08 19:48:13 [Multicraft] Error writing to server: [Errno 32] Broken pipe
28.08 19:48:13 [Multicraft] Error writing to server: [Errno 32] Broken pipe
Please help! I cannot do any commands in console either!
