Problem/Bug Server Not Displaying Player Join/Leave Messages

    My CraftBukkit server running 1.7.10 is currently not displaying join/leave messages when players join/leave the server. Also, some plugin's messages are not showing.

    The Terminal chat is saying nothing, no error, etc. Any help would be much appreciated and if you need more information, feel free to ask. Thanks!
