   How can I get colors to scroll over text.
   
   So if you have a BossBar it would flow like this
   rainbow message
   rainbow message
   rainbow message
   rainbow message
   rainbow message
   rainbow message
   
   and it would just loop that.
   
   But it needs a method to do that for any string
