Solved Removing splash potion particles

Hi!
I'm struggling to find a way to remove splash potion particles for select players.
Example:
Player1 throws a potion.
Player1 & Player2 can see the particles.
Player3 cannot see the particles.

I think it's client side, but is there a solution to this? Is there another post I could see?
