   I installed PlayerHeads on my server and they drop everytime i kill a mob. Can you change this and if so where do i do it?

   You can set the chance of mobs dropping heads in the config file for this plugin, if you set it to 0.0, I believe mobs will not drop heads.

   The drop rate is set to like 0.2 or something, i'm the only one getting the drops 100%

   Do you give yourself all permissions (*) ? Negate the permissions playerheads.alwaysbehead and/or playerheads.alwaysbeheadmob.

   I have all permissions, and removing playerheads.alwaysbeheadmob and playerheads.alwaysbehead does not help
