Problem/Bug [PEX] Permissions not working correct!

So, I am currently working on a 1.7.10 server with:
- Creative
- Skyblock
- PvP
- Factions
And I am using multi-world permissions. So for example: If you're in the Faction world, you shouldn't have access for "/island" or something like that, but they have. And nothing should be wrong in the permission config from what I can see. (I deoped myself and demoted me to Default). Can someone help me? Is there something in Multiverse that I have to configure? I am new with PermissionEX, so it's pretty hard to understand everything, but I'm learning!
