   Hi! Im starting out on making a server and i looked up how to make ranks. I found a video and they told me after i make a group ex: Owner. They said to make a prefix i do /pex group Owner prefix &9Owner. Whenever i do that when i talk in chat it shows nothing.
   
   If you ask for any config or permissions file don't get mad at me if i bring up the wrong thing

   Do you have the plugin essentials chat installed if not you should get it that worked for me.

   Only would work if they have Essentials.
   
   @awsumkid56 Alternatively you can get ChatEx, which works wonderfully if you don't use the Essentials Suite.
