I just downloaded the plugin PermissionsEx, its a rank manager plugin that adds prefixed and permissions. When I downloaded it it turned up as a red plugin on /plugins, and I couldn't do any of the commands, is there a way to fix this?

P.S: I tried downloading from the FTP and the config, both didn't work.

@nverdier When I go into the FTP PermissionsEx isn't in the plugins folder, when I go to the logs folder there is nothing written on the logs.

@TZ Slayr Then stop the server, start the server, and look at it again.

Exactly what version of CraftBukkit are you running?

When a plugin is red, it means it's disabled. There can be multiple reasons for this: you're using a version of PermissionsEx that is not compatible with the CraftBukkit version you're using, or the .yml files are broken. You can find problems with your YAML syntax by copying your config.yml and permissions.yml to http://www.yamllint.com/. It'll then tell you if there's anything wrong with he YAML syntax. If so, it'll tell you what the problem is.

Feel free to post the output here, so we can help you fix the problem! (If there is one.)
