Suggested name: OAB+

What I want: So people to be able to break bedrock and obsidian with a certain amount of hits
E.G. Bedrock = 20Hits with tnt.
In config you can change what is used to hit the blocks (You cant hit obsidian with creeper eggs).
You can also not break Bedrock under level 10
You use a potato to check how many hits left
I have tried using different plugins for this but they would not work *READ*

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: OAB.Bedrock OAB.Obsidian OAB.Potato

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible

Yes, I have tested this plugin on my server and it doesnt fit

It doesnt work with the server because of the things it has in it - It doesnt have everything. Thats why i wanted to get a new one

Also you can use a potato to check how much hits there is left
And the amount of hits it takes to break it (Config is too confusing)
Example Config Layout :

Obsidian
Break Amount : 5
TnT : disable
Creeper_Egg : Enable
Bedrock
Break Amount : 10
TnT : enable
Creeper_Egg : Enable
