Solved No towny when people use /help command

I've given all players the permissions to use towny to an extent but if you use the /help command from essentials it does not show the towny commands. If you type /towny though it works. I just don't want people to have to ask me everytime how to make a town. (and yes I have none essentials in help set to true)

Yes I have Permissions to use the help command. It works for essential commands but not towny.

 

Update: I've tried changing permissions files, different versions of essentials, and different plugins. Nothing works. When you type /help in game all that comes up is essential commands when enabled with permissions. If you enable another plugin it will not show up. Plus some plugins don't even work with permissions. You can put in the permission to disable a command for a certain group and they will still be able to use the command, so as of now I'm at a loss. If someone could walk me through how to get these plugins to work, that would be great.

 

Did you make sure you have or made the plugin.yml right?

 

What would the plugin.yml be? Edit. Never mind I just cleared my server files and put in all the essentials and group manager and Its working.
