In my multiplayer survival world the nether portal wont work. I had a portal and could access the nether but I moved it. Now when I go in the portal it doesn't teleport me to the nether. The purple haze swirls too. I have a few plugins but that probably isn't the issue because it worked fine before. Please help! Also I made sure the allow-nether=true.

try replacing the space in world name with a _. and can you post the config for multiverser core and portals. EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.

I installed mutliverse to try to fix the problem. Idk if this will help... EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
Chances are you are doing this out of the main world. If this is the case, the reason it isn't working is because Multiverse is looking for a nether version of that world. Multiverse basically looks for a nether per-world, not a single nether. Though I've never tried this, try running something like: /mv create worldname_nether nether
Although i think that will fix it, If you want to use your nether just do this /mv create B_world_nether And change the spaces with an underscore for the world names !!!
Suyguy From what I gather that's the same as mine, but won't it just generate a normal world because you haven't specified it is actually the nether? EDIT: Checked your command on my test install of Multiverse, it will not work as an environment hasn't been provided, as I said above. Code: 15:16:58 [INFO] /mv create {NAME} {ENV} -s [SEED] -g [GENERATOR[:ID]] -t [WORLDTYPE] [-n] -a [true|false] {ENV} was not provided, and needs to be set on nether. See my earlier post for the full command.
No it will just auto find the nether, and claim it as nether, no need to do anything then what we stated above. BTW tahg us or reply or we wouldn't come back I generally am used to the Multiworld plugin, it works better and you don't need to type the ENV , You simply just add the world, And if the map already exist in the Main folder where the server is kept, the world is set to default (which is what ever it was) Example, if you add a world "WORLD_EXAMPLE_NETHER" in the folder where your server is kept, And you you just have to type /mw create <WORLD_EXAMPLE_NETHER> and this auto sets it. Try the plugin. if you feel like its hard i can attempt to help you out on multiverse. It is just to complicated for what it actually does.
