   I am having a problem with PermissionsEx, I need to allow Certain ranks to build in spawn (Owner & Admin). I am currently 'Owner' rank but can't build in spawn.

   The easy solution is to Op yourself...
   I don't think there is a node to build in spawn, if there Is please tell me. You might just have to change the spawn protection to 0 while you build and back again if you don't want to op builders.
